Simply ice cream is a Kent-based luxury ice cream producer, based in Bonnington near Ashford. The range is made by a small team producing ice cream the old fashioned way, by hand, in small batches using only locally sourced ingredients (where possible), natural flavours and seasonal fruits. The brains behind Simply Ice Cream is owner founder Sally Newall, a qualified cook and mother to four children.

Sally identified a demand driven by requests and feedback from Sally and her mother’s catering company clients; so taken were they with Sally’s indulgent ice cream, with its natural and imaginative flavours. Before long Simply Ice Cream had expanded to incorporate nearly 30 different flavours and is now widely available across the South East and London, including selected Waitrose and John Lewis outlets.
